Terms of Service

DomVs ("the Service") is operated by Domvsports ("we", "us"). It is an information-only service that publishes model-priced sports-betting selections, including fair-value odds, edge estimates, and Kelly-sized stake recommendations.

DomVs is not a bookmaker. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or settle bets. Any wager you place on the basis of information from DomVs is placed entirely at your own discretion with a third-party operator.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must be legally permitted to access betting-related information in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party bookmaker complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you place wagers.

You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your password secret, and promptly notify us at domvsports@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid tiers (Member, Premium, and where available Syndicate) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. The current price and currency are shown on /pricing.
• Premium 7-day free trial. Premium includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, but a valid payment method is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically: your first month is billed at the promotional price shown on /pricing, and the standard monthly price applies from the second month onward. The free trial is limited to one per account. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
• You can cancel at any time from /settings via the "Manage subscription" button, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused portion of the period.
• Refunds outside this policy are at our sole discretion. To request one, write to the contact email below.
• We may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish any selection or analysis served by the Service;
• Use any automated means to access the Service except as expressly permitted;
• Share your account credentials with any third party;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm or impair its operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.

The Service publishes statistical estimates produced by a quantitative model. Nothing we publish constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or an inducement to bet. Past performance of the model does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves a material risk of loss, including total loss of your stake.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any selection or odds quoted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, including any betting losses you incur. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please also read our Responsible Gambling page before using any information from the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Service.
